I have not been on the ball with some "teaching" things as I should be, such as: teaching Luke how to use silverware. So he is still quite messy even while teaching him to use a fork. He is good at using them only when motivated with food he wants at the moment. If he doesn't want what is on the fork, he refuses to feed himself with it. I think boys also love the texture of food and making a mess. So this may be a long process. He is almost 15 months old so I feel like he should be learning this skill soon. Any advice for those that have gone before?
He has the sippy cup down by himself but still likes to throw it right after he says "no no"!

Luke, I need to see some more definition in your arms and chest. Up your protein intake to 100 grams per day and get more dips and push ups in during your workout. I don't want to see any other 15 month olds that are buffer than you. Lets watch the jello and pudding intake.
