Well, we have been looking for a house with a big yard and we found one a while back that we both loved that was a foreclosure, but the bank kept rejecting our low offers. Well, last week they called to see if we were still interested, and of course we were, so we are in the process of getting in. Hoping to close Dec. 15th. We are renting our townhome and are excited to move. This house is in pretty good shape for a foreclosure and is my dream house. First because it is a ranch plan with a full finished basement, so not a lot of stairs that I can fall down. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, formal dining, open kitchen with breakfast nook and great room, laundry room. Downstairs has a study, theatre room, kitchen and breakfast area, great room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths. It has a 3 car tandem garage and 1/2 an acre lot on the corner in a culdesac. I think I am dreaming especially for the deal we are getting. The neighborhood is awesome and has a great pool. So hear are pictures. I am praying that God continue to guide this process.
